Gaia’s Garden is a registered Guest House of Auroville. We respect and follow the rules and guidelines.

 

On Arrival, we are obliged to register each and  every guest and send it to Auroville Guest Registration Service.

We request you to provide your personal data  as well as ID proof.  If you hold foreign passport including OCI, you must provide us with your  original passport and valid visa. We will take  a face photo in order to register at The Foreigners Registration Office(FRRO). There is no exception to this. 

 

We keep your data in our database and we do not share your information with anybody, unless there is any legal requirement or we need to contact your contact person, or on your request. Such as ; You may be hospitalised and we need to contact your close family members.  You have lost your passport, you need to have passport information in order to renew it.
